Our Family Portal

Let’s say you have a loved one who has home care. Maybe you live out of town, or you live in the same city but you work, have kids and are very busy. You check in periodically but you’re not really sure how your loved one is doing. So often, you think of something you need to change in the middle of the night but forget it by the morning. Wouldn’t it be awesome if you could simply go to an app on your cell phone or a website on your computer and see how they are doing or make needed changes? It’s not only possible but is something we offer, at no charge, to our clients and their families.  

Through our Family Portal, if authorized by the client or Account Owner, you can view:

  • The Schedule

    • You can see the current week as well as a few weeks out

    • You can add or cancel shifts

    • You can see which Care Professional will be visiting the client

  • Care Notes

    • See the care notes written by the Care Pro giving detail on how the client is doing, what they did during the shift, and any notable changes in condition

  • Instant Feedback

    • Give a thumbs up for a favored Care Pro

The Family Portal makes communication within the family less stressful.  Having this information at your fingertips, 24/7 will almost be like being there in person.
